ClownDoctors documentary reaches over 100,000 viewers!

NI ClownDoctors were delighted to learn that the documentary “The Clown Doctors”, shown on BBC1 Northern Ireland, reached over 100,000 viewers.

This was a combined figure from the screenings of both parts of the documentary and views on the BBC1 iPlayer facility.

The documentary was screened in two parts in June 2010. “The Clown Doctors” followed the progress of a new band of six new ClownDoctors, as they went through a gruelling ten week training programme, which saw them develop their ClownDoctor characters and also become skilled at working in a clinical environment.

Further to the programme there has been increased interest in the ClownDoctors – watch this space for news of new developments following the documentary screening.
